Your team. Your infrastructure. Your data.

01Why Rafik

One athlete. Too many places to look.

The current plan lives in a spreadsheet. Attendance sits in a paper register. The latest assessment is buried in an email thread. Before every session, someone has to piece it all together again.

Rafik keeps those answers in one place, and shows each person only what their role allows.

02Product

Three roles. One clear picture.

Administrators, coaches and athletes work from the same record. Server permissions decide who sees what, so a visible name is never a key to someone else's data.

For coaches

Plan, assign and follow up.

Build a program once, publish a version and assign it to the athletes you coach. Keep goal-specific plans running side by side, record sessions and see what still needs your attention.

For administrators

Know who is responsible for whom.

Invite people with one clear role, organise your sports and specialties, and name the primary and supporting coach for every athlete. Give the workspace your institution's name, logo and colours.

For athletes

Know what's planned.

Athletes see their own assigned training, record what they actually did, and decide what to share from their food diary.

03Field app for Android

At the session. At the point of work.

Coaches download the schedule and roster before heading out, then record attendance, assessment results and completion at the field, even without a connection.

Rafik always tells you which state you are in.

04Deployment

Your institution. Your instance.

Rafik is open source under Apache-2.0. Each university, club or sports institution runs its own deployment, with its own users, files, backups and branding. There is no Rafik software subscription.

05Getting started

Begin with one workflow.

No migration project, no long procurement. See one task your coaches already know, with sample data, before anything else.

  1. One coach, one task

Pick something that takes effort today, like attendance follow-up or reviewing an athlete's plans.

  2. A short conversation

Tell us how that task works now, and who is involved.

  3. A sample-data demo

We show the same task in Rafik with fictional records. No real athlete data is involved.

  4. Then your IT team, if it helps

Talk through running your own instance: hosting, backups and access.
