Scope and operator
This notice covers the public Rafik landing/documentation website, not university-operated Rafik installations. Each institution must publish its own applicable policy. The site owner must confirm the operator’s legal identity and privacy contact before launch; these details are not yet supplied.
Browsing and preferences
The site adds no analytics, advertising trackers or unnecessary cookies. Theme preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. Clear site storage to remove it. Hosting infrastructure may process request metadata such as IP addresses and access logs; the owner must confirm its provider, access and retention practices before launch.
Contact requests
The form asks for name, email, institution, request type, optional region and message. It accepts no uploads. Do not include athlete health information, passwords, private records or sensitive files. When enabled, the server validates the request and relays a plain-text email through an approved SMTP provider to an owner-configured recipient. A per-instance rate limiter temporarily holds a hash of the requester’s IP address. The application does not intentionally log message bodies.
Current delivery status
Contact delivery is disabled by default. Before enabling it the owner must identify the email processor and recipient team, explain storage/access, set retention and deletion practices, review international transfers where relevant and provide a working privacy contact. We do not invent a retention period or claim legal compliance. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Your request
Until an operator privacy channel is confirmed, do not submit sensitive information. The owner must add a verified channel for access, correction or deletion requests and explain applicable rights after legal review.
