Software and content rights
Rafik project code and documentation use Apache-2.0 in the canonical repository. Third-party data/media and trademarks may carry separate rights. This draft does not replace the applicable software license or grant extra rights to assets.
Requests for assistance
Sending a support, setup or hosting quote request does not create an order, paid support contract or hosting agreement. Scope, regions, costs and capacity require separate confirmation. No numeric pricing, uptime, response deadline or managed hosting offer is confirmed.
Responsible use
Do not send health data, credentials or private files through the public form. Do not misuse the site, submit abusive requests or test systems without authorization. Report vulnerabilities through the canonical project security policy.
Review still required
The owner and legal reviewer must confirm the operator identity, applicable terms, dispute/governing-law provisions if appropriate, liability/warranty wording and service arrangements. None is invented here. This document claims no legal compliance or service guarantee.
