Hosting and support

Friendly guidance for bringing Rafik to your organisation.

Your team stays in control

Rafik is open-source software that your organisation can run on its own infrastructure. There is no Rafik software subscription for a self-hosted instance. Your organisation chooses where it runs and remains in charge of its users, athlete information, files and backups.

That also means your organisation covers its own server, storage, network, domain and day-to-day operations. You do not need a cloud provider template to get started: the deployment guide walks through a Docker Compose setup, and system requirements helps you plan the host.

Want a hand getting started?

Questions are welcome. Use the contact form to tell us a little about your organisation, where you plan to run Rafik and what part of setup you would like help with. A rough outline is plenty to start—please leave out passwords, private files and athlete health information.

Looking for a hosting quote?

If you would like help planning hosting, send a hosting request. Sharing your preferred region, approximate team size, infrastructure needs and who will operate the instance helps us understand what you have in mind.

Managed hosting is not currently a confirmed Rafik service, and a request does not create an order or contract. Any hosting scope, region, costs and ongoing responsibilities need to be discussed and agreed before work begins. There are no published prices or response-time commitments.

Support inside your organisation

Rafik’s application support workflows stay within your organisation’s own instance. Your institution decides who helps coaches and athletes, who maintains the service, and how questions are handled. The public contact form is for reaching the Rafik team; it does not connect to or monitor your private instance.

Ready to take a look?

Start with getting started, then follow the deployment guide. If you get stuck or would like to talk through your setup, drop us a note—we’re happy to hear from you.
