Language and metrics
Read units, timezones and reports in context.
Language
The web interface supports English and Arabic. Check RTL menus and mixed-direction text on the target browser. Keep URLs, code and email readable left-to-right.
Units and time
Read each explicit measurement unit. Unknown values remain unknown. Calendar dates follow the documented profile timezone; appointments use UTC instants and original IANA timezone. Check timezone before confirming repeated appointments.
Report interpretation
Attendance, recorded assessments, delivery and submitted feedback describe records. They do not establish injury risk, improved performance, staff quality or paid retention. Read definitions and missing-response coverage before comparing.
