Suggested responsibilities

Identify an accountable administrator, a university coach to review sport tasks, an infrastructure operator and a privacy/security decision-maker. Responsibilities can be combined subject to university policy.

Product boundary

This is a proposed staffing model, not new product roles or a promise of Rafik staff. Current roles are institution administrator, trainer/coach and athlete. There is no health-staff role in accepted v1 participation-status scope.

Before first use

Agree who approves accounts, shares invitations, monitors retention, maintains backups and handles recovery. Confirm escalation capacity locally; no staff-to-athlete ratio or support response time is validated.
